Sometimes, sending us an inquiry directly may not be the most efficient way to get your questions answered. For this reason, please read the following guidelines before sending us your e-mail request:


If you are a patient:

Please understand that patients cannot order a Richie Brace® directly from us. All Richie Brace® models and replacement parts must be dispensed to the patient by a qualified health care professional

If you are a patient who already has a Richie Brace® and you have a question about your brace, please contact the health care professional who dispensed your brace. They are responsible for proper fitting, adjustment and repair of your brace.

If you are a patient who is interested in being evaluated for a Richie Brace® for the first time, we are pleased to be of assistance by referring you to a health care professional in your community who has experience with our Richie Brace® products. A company representative will reply to you with a referral as soon as possible—usually within 48 hours.  We are unable to provide any medical advice or comment on whether a brace will work for your condition.  That will be the responsibility of your health care provider.  We provide consultation to any health care provider who contacts us.

If you need information for ordering a Richie Brace® please go to To Order to learn how to contact one of our authorized distributors. We do not accept orders directly. Our distributors are responsible for processing all orders and will provide pricing, order forms and all necessary information to get you started. They can also help you select the proper brace for your patient.

If you have questions about an existing order, please contact the distributor who received your cast and prescription. Our distributors track all orders and will be able to answer any questions.
